FONTS - All fonts used, must be enclosed. Enclose both screen and printer fonts. Avoid the use of tracking, kerning, bolding or other text effects which may alter output.

TRAPPING - Choke lighter colors. Spread darker colors. Choke/Spread 0.25 point. Overprint all black text. No knockouts for colored type under 10 points. Please check all overprints.

GRAPHICS - All images/photos, must be enclosed. All images must be saved as ".EPS"

COLOR CUT FOR PAD -
4-Color Process PAD AD Vector Images: Must be cut with process colors, no spot colors.
Spot Color PAD AD Vector Images: Use spot colors as defined above.

COLOR CUT FOR ROP - 4-Color ROP Ad Process Vector Images: Must be cut with process colors, no spot colors!

PHOTOS/EFFECTS - Black & White photos for ROP and Spot Color PAD fliers should be set with a resolution of 170dpi for an 85 line screen. 4-Color photos for ROP and PAD fliers may be scanned up to 300dpi (220dpi is HH standard) for 110 line screen. Limit the use of special effects and blends as system variables may alter output from desired state.

IMPORTANT: Harte-Hanks is a Macintosh only environment. Please submit all artwork with the ability to be read/opened on Mac OS.
