OVERVIEW: DIGITAL AD SUBMISSION:

Below is an outlined overview for Electronic Ad Submission for the Harte-Hanks' Pennysaver and The Flyer. Please refer to Digital Ready Ads Specs and Gen. Info for proper ad specifications and software applications.

- Depending on your location, log on to either:
http://prepress.pennysaverusa.com
http://prepress.theflyer.com
- Please Select: the appropriate location of publication
Example:
for Pennysaver: PennySaver-Los Angeles
for TheFlyer: TheFlyer-Florida
- Completely fill out all boxes: All form fields must be filled or file will not properly upload.
- Insertion Order Number: Must be 7 (seven) digits (Example: 7458993)
- Select: Product type, Creation Program and Colors
- Comments: Please enter any comments that you find will be helpful or informative
- Fonts and Graphics: Please make sure all Fonts (printer and screen fonts) and Graphics are included
NOTE: Ad must be submitted in one of the following compressed formats: HQX, PDF, SIT, SEA, or ZIP files. (other formats will not upload)
- Click on 'Browse' and navigate to the file's location.
- Open File - choose the file, the file name will appear in text window
- Click on 'Upload File' Button to complete the process.
